Marriage and Family Therapist Ruby Paparello

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I currently have a private practice in Manhattan Beach, CA. My focus is on parents with special needs children and teenagers. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Certification in Clinical Supervision.

I am in a unique position as a therapist with an 18-year-old son who has autism. My son has given me the opportunity to experience autism from both sides of the lens as a parent and as a clinician. I have run support groups for parents of children with autism and carried out advocacy for parents in various school districts. Previously, I provided schoolbased counseling to children. I have also conducted individual therapy for parents and siblings of a child with autism.

I rely on my varied experiences and strengths to create an invaluable social skills group.
